No complicated usage metrics or feature gating here. In addition to the flat price of your preferred server environments, we charge a flat fee for each user - so you can be sure that the price quoted is the price paid.

Volume & contract length discounts

Purchasing more licenses, or signing longer contracts, decreases the cost that you pay for each user - so you can scale your tech-stack efficiently.

STEPPED CONTRACTS FOR COST-EFFECTIVE MULTI-DEPARTMENT EMPLOYMENT

ShareDo is designed so that every department and matter type in your business can run from a single consistent platform. However, for mid to large organisations, switching many departments at the same time is not possible.

That’s why we offer stepped-contract agreements, where we contract around every department migrating to ShareDo, but doing so one at a time to an agreed timetable.

This allows organisations to achieve user volume discounts, without having user license wastage due to the roll-out timetable.

Once you have selected ShareDo as your vendor of choice, we will go back and forth to confirm the contract specifics.

Implementation & Change Management

Our professional services team will agree a schedule of works and collaborate with you to customise the system to your needs. You will shadow this process so that you become self sufficient ASAP.

Go-live

Once the custom config work has been completed to your specification, we will agree a go-live date for part (or all) of your team to switch to using ShareDo for their daily work.

Ongoing Support

Over time you will be moved to our business-as-usual support process. This is where your customer success manager will offer all the support you need to create an ongoing programme of continuous improvement.
