That’s why we offer implementation support as an additional service to the user license subscription. The scale of this service depends on your requirements, and will be discussed early in the sales process.

The original vision for the ShareDo platform was born from decades of consultancy experience helping organisations implement best practice, and building custom case management systems using the technology that was available at the time.

We are a product company, but have not forgotten our consultancy-service roots. With Sharedo, we don’t just sell you a system and leave you to it. We don’t just ask what you want and do it. Our team takes a consulting role by providing thought-leadership, to help you decide what would be best for your organisation’s unique challenges.

Implementation Project Phases

We combine the very best of agile methodologies, together with the risk management practices learnt from large scale engineering projects, this provides a framework for all our projects providing robust governance, consistency in approach and shared best-practice.​
1. DEFINITION

During the Definition phase, we focus on designing processes, building the product backlog, defining integrations, establishing the hosting model, setting up the governance model, and fully defining project phases and budgets. This ensures a clear roadmap and solid foundation for your implementation.

2. CONSTRUCTION

In the Construction phase, we interactively configure functionality with business users, familiarise your team with the solution, continuously refine new functionalities through playback, perform system testing, and build a change plan. This phase is crucial for aligning the solution with your business needs.

3. TRANSITION

The Transition phase includes user and operational acceptance testing, establishing support teams, providing training, and conducting change activities. This phase ensures that your team is fully prepared and that the system is ready for deployment.

4. SUPPORT

In the Support phase, we manage and maintain the system on an ongoing basis, establish a cycle of continuous process improvement, and manage to SLAs. This phase guarantees long-term success and optimization of your case management system.

Our experienced team will provide you with all the help you need to deliver a successful project. But even more importantly – our goal is to educate our customers so that they can become independent and self-sufficient in continually improving their platform’s processes.
