Once the custom config work has been completed to your specification, we will agree a go-live date for part (or all) of your team to switch to using ShareDo for their daily work.
Over time you will be moved to our business-as-usual support process. This is where your customer success manager will offer all the support you need to create an ongoing programme of continuous improvement.
Every ShareDo customer has an Account Manager whose job is to provide support and help ensure that you're getting the most out of the system's capabilities for your specific use case.
